Principles for exercising Option

• Government employee holding the post under the Government on 01.07.2013
• To remain in the existing scale of pay i.e RPS, 2010, or
• 01.07.2013 or next date of Increment in the existing scale of Pay not beyond 30.06.2014
• If Employees whose increment date on 01.07.2013
• Either excluding increment which is due on 01.07.2013 or Including the Increment due on 01.07.2013
