Transfers Schedule Dates:

>Diply of vacncis / objctns upto 6th June

> Aplctns submsn thru online & Councling frm 7th to 14th June

• 1. Minimum service of an employee should be 2 years at present working place
• 2. Teachers  of 8 years service at same school should be transfer
• 3.HM and MEO of years service at the same Place Shoulb transfer
• 4. Priority for 40% or above 40% & PHC employees
• 5. Priority for teachers  those whose children are mentally retarded
• 6. One can avail the facility of transfer in the case of spouse
• 7. Transfers for better administration should be done after verifying the reasons
• 8. Compassionate teachers  should also permitted to participate in counselling
• 9. Teachers  should relieve within a week from the date of transfer
• 10. Officials should verify whether the personal reasons are correct
• 11.Transfer  of teachers will be undertaken between  20-05-2015 to 31-05-2015
• 11.Teachers can be transferred from focal to focal, non –focal to non – focal, non – focal to focal posts
• 12. Seniority should be preferred while counselling the transfers of employees

1. Roll basing on Aadhar feeding and not with DISE
2. Below 75 Roll HS will be merged with UP
3. Below 10 Roll PS will be Closed
4. Below 20 Roll UP Sec will be Closed
