AP GO 61 Dt:05-08-2015- APTWREIS - Enhancement of Retire Age 58 to 60 years

1. In the reference 1st read above, Government have issued orders for enhancement of age of superannuation from 58 to 60 years to the Government employees in Andhra Pradesh by A.P Public employment (Regulation of Age of Superannuation) (Amendment) Act, 2014 (Act 4 of 2014), duly amending section 3 of A.P Public Employment (Regulation of Age of Superannuation) Act, 1984.
2. In the reference 2nd read above, the Secretary, AP Tribal Welfare Residential Educational Institutions Society, Hyderabad has requested the Government for extending the enhancement of retirement age from 58 to 60 years on superannuation even to the employees working in Gurukulam, on par with the other Government employees.
3. After careful examination of the matter, Government hereby order to extend the enhancement of age of superannuation from (58) to (60) years to the employees working in A.P Tribal Welfare Residential Educational Institutions Society, Hyderabad on par with Government employees.
4. The Secretary, AP Tribal Welfare Residential Educational Institutions Society, Hyderabad shall take necessary action for amendment of APTWREISService Rules to provide for the same.
5. This orders issues with the concurrence of Finance (HRM-IV) Department vide their U.O.No.6313/380/HR.IV.FR/2014, Dated: 5-6-2015. The following Notification shall bepublished in the Gazette of Andhra Pradesh.

Notification

In pursuance of orders issued by the Government of Andhra Pradesh for
enhancement of age of superannuation from 58 to 60 years to the Government employees in Andhra Pradesh by A.P Public employment (Regulation of Age of Superannuation)
(Amendment) Act, 2014 (Act 4 of 2014), duly amending Section 3 of A.P Public Employment
(Regulation of Age of Superannuation) Act, 1984, the Government hereby order to extend
the enhancement of age of superannuation from (58) to (60) years to the employees
working in A.P Tribal Welfare Residential Educational Institutions Society, Hyderabad on par with Government employees.
