Dr. NTR UNIVERSITY OF HEALTH SCIENCES: A.P VIJAYAWADA – 520 008 NOTIFICATION FOR CERTIFICATES VERIFICATION AND COUNSELLING UNDER SPECIAL CATEGORY SEATS AND FINAL COUNSELING FOR ADMISSION INTO BAMS / BHMS / BNYS COURSES FOR THE ACADEMIC YEAR 2015-16 IN THE STATE OF TELANGANA

 

All the Eligible Rank holders qualified in EAMCET-2015 conducted by JNTU,Kukatpally Hyderabad are directed to attend along with all original certificates and counseling fee, University fee for certificates verification and counseling for special category, Physically Challenged (PH), NCC and CAP for admission into BAMS / BHMS / BNYS Courses for the academic year 2015-16 as per the schedule given below:

Note: * Physically Challenged candidates with locomotor disorder of Lower Limbs between 40% to 70% are only eligible for appearing for Medical Examination before the Medical Board. The Candidates with 50% to 70% will be considered first and 40% to 50% disability considered later.

The 2^nd and final counseling for provisional admission into BAMS / BHMS / BNYS courses for fillingup of the vacancies arose after 1^st counseling as per the schedule given below:-

Note: More number of candidates are called than the number of seats available. Seat is not  Guaranteed.  The vacancies  will be displayed in the University Website  http://ntruhs.ap.nic.in one day  before of the Counseling.

FEES PARTICULARS: Counseling Fee (Non-Refundable):

All the candidates who attend the counseling have to pay an amount of Rs.1500/- for OC/BC and Rs.800/- for SC/ST as counseling fee at the reception counter of the counseling center irrespective of their selection/admission. The counseling fee receipt can be produced in subsequentcounselings for entry into the counseling center. If the candidate fails to produce the receipt in subsequent counseling, he/she shall pay the counseling fee again.

University Fee to be paid at the counseling center on the day of selection itself.

Certificates to be produced at the time of counseling:

The candidates are directed to bring all the original certificates (mentioned below) and two sets of attested Xerox copies. 

1. (1) EAMCET-2015 Rank Card and Hall Ticket.  
2. (2) S.S.C or equivalent examination showing the Date of Birth. 
3. (3) Memorandum of marks of qualifying examination i.e., Intermediate or Equivalent Examination. 
4. (4) Transfer certificate. 
5. (5) Study certificates from 6^th Class to Intermediate. 
6. (6)Candidates who have studied in 
7. the institutions outside of Andhra Pradesh and Telangana have to submit 10 years (years of period to  be specified) residence certificate of the candidate or either of the parent issued by MRO. 
8. (7) Caste Certificate (Integrated Community Certificate) who belongs to BC/SC/ST Category candidates issued by an Officer prescribed. (a) Income Certificate of Parent issued by M.R.O on or after 01.01.2015 (b) Service records & SSC/ SSLC certificate of the parent is not in-service, nearest relative service certificate. 
9. (8) Any other relevant certificates.
