School Education Minutes of the ADs metting held on 27/10/2015

AP School Education All the District Educational Officers in the state are here by informed that the entering of MDM Data in to AP Online of MDM web site shall be implement from 03/11/2015.

The Timing for taking attendance mention Below Schools : 

1. Primery Schools : 09:15 to 10:00 AM
2. UP Schools :  9:30 to 10:30 AM 

The MDM attendance for Taken meal Number :

1. Primary Schools : 12:00 to 01:00 PM
2. UP/High schools : 12:30 to 01:30 PM

Note : If failed before the time it will be freezed and it will open on the next level on option.
The existing User ID and Password shall be maintain for this web site also.
Hence all the District Educational Officers in the state are requested to issue necessary Instructions to the Mandal Educational Officers / Head masters in your Jurisdiction to statrt entering of MDM data in to AP MDM website from 03/11/2015. and submit compliance report to this office without faill. failling which disiplinary action will be initiated as per rules.

Note :  No Exemption will be given to anyone.
