Guntur District Panchayat Secretaries Appointment of regular government employees as Panchayat Secretaries on deputation basis 

The Government in the reference GO 966  order to appoint regular government employees as Panchayat Secretaries in Panchayat Raj Department on deputation basis with the following conditions:  

• Such  appointments  on  redeplment/deputai non  shall  be  treated  as&nbspLiater departmental deputation for  Government employees.
• He/She must be a  graduate  in a  recognised University with basic computer Knowledge
• The District level Committee with  members of  Chief Executivc  Officer  of ZPP and Panchayat Ott i cer concerned headed by the District collector willing cand i dates under  taking  willingness  and  submit  the  se1ected  list  to  the  PR for approval.
• They  shall be posted  as Panchayat  Secretary  in other than their native naandals.
• Their promotional  channels will be as they stand now in their parent departments    and they  will  have the option to revert to their parent dcpartments on   promotion  and Their pay will be protected.
