Ref:-Procgs.Rc.No.25/Estt-III/2015, Dated:02-12-2015 of the Commissioner of School Education, AP, Hyderabad.
1.All the Deputy Educational Officers in the District are hereby informed that, the Commissioner of School Education, AP, Hyderabad in the Procgs. cited, has instructed for assessment of surplus teachers issued guidelines / Criteria to be adopted for providing of surplus teachers on the basis of working strength and also for assessment of needy schools and Category wise teachers duly taking requirement of posts / teachers in Upper Primary and High Schools as per the norms proposed to the Govt. and to ensure teacher pupil ratio at Class Room and School Level.
2.The Commissioner of School Education, AP, Hyderabad has also prescribed the following criteria for work adjustment duly arriving as per the priority given below and the Commissioner of School Education, AP, Hyderabad has also communicated the schedule of the said activities as submitted belowd Issue of web based allotment order to surplus teachers to needy places on 11.12.2015 in below.
3.Basing on the enrolment, sanctioned posts and working posts and vacant posts submitted by the Deputy Educational Officers in the district as on 03-11-2015 i.e., after web counseling, this office has workedout as per the new norms and identified Surplus working staff and Deficit posts in ZP / GOVT High Schools in the district and the same is hereby communicated to all the Deputy Educational Officers in the district with instructions to verify the same and confirm the same and identify the surplus working teachers as per the rationalization norms and submit the list of surplus teachers on or before 06-12-2015 without fail to take further action in the matter.
