ORDER :
In the circumstances stated by the District Collector, Ananthapuramu and the Commissioner of Tourism, A.P. in the references 1st and 2nd read above, and after careful examination of the matter, Government, hereby accord permission to the Commissioner of Tourism, Andhra Pradesh to release an amount of Rs.1.00 crore(Rupees One crore only) to the District Collector, Ananthapuramu, in addition to Rs.1.00 Crore already allotted by the Commissioner of Tourism, for conduct of Lepakshi Festival on 27th &28th February 2016 in Ananthapuramu District from the Budget allotted under
Head of Account:
3452 Tourism – 01 Tourist Infrastructure -102 Tourist Accommodation -11 Normal State plan - (09) National Tourism Festivals/ Fairs -260 Advertisements, Sales and Publicity Expenses for the financial year 2015-16.
2. The Assistant Accounts Officer, Office of the Commissioner of Tourism, Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad is authorized to draw the amount subject to compliance with other procedures and rules in vogue.
3. The Collector, Ananthapuramu is requested to mobilize the balance funds at the district level for conduct of Lepakshi Festival.
4. The Commissioner of Tourism, Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad and the District Collector, Ananthapuramu shall take further necessary action in the matter.
