2. G.O.Rt.No.259 Finance (FMU- Education) Deptt., dated: 20.02.2016.
ORDER:
In the reference 1st read above, the Commissioner of School Education, A.P.Hyderabad, has requested to provide an amount of Rs.12991.08 i.e Rs.6647.53 lakhsfor completion of civil works + 6343.55 lakhs for compound walls for model school buildings under BE during 2016-17.
2. In the G.O. 2nd read above, Finance Department have issued Budget Release Order for an amount of Rs.10,00,00,000/- (Rupees Ten Crores only) Plan as additional funds in relaxation of Treasury Control and Quarterly Regulation Orders pending provision of funds by obtaining Supplementary Grants at the appropriate time during the year 2015-16 towards on going works under Model Schools under the following

Department in the G.O. 2nd read above, Government hereby accord administrative sanction for an amount Rs.10,00,00,000/- (Rupees Ten Crores only) Plan as additional funds in relaxation of Treasury Control and Quarterly Regulation Orders pending provision of funds by obtaining Supplementary Grants at the appropriate time during the year 2015-16 towards on going works under Model Schools under the following
Head of Account : 2202-02-109-12-06-310-3124. The procedure of drawal of fund is as mentioned in reference 2nd read above.
5. The Commissioner of the School Education, A.P., Hyderabad is requested to take necessary action in the matter.
