20% HRA for Anakapalli Bheemili Municipality Teachers as per GO 15  

AP Government Order third read above, orders were issued to include the areas covered under the Anankapally Municipality and Bheemunipatnam Municipality in the limits of Greater Visakhapatnam Municipal Corporation. In the Government Order sixth read above, amendment orders were issued for allowing House Rent Allowance @ 14.5% in the R.P.S. 2015 to the government employees working in the Anankapalli town of Visakhapatnam District. In the references seventh and eighth read above, it was represented to sanction 20% of H.R.A. to the employees working in the erstwhile Municipalities of Anankapalli and Bheemunipatnam as these municipalities were merged in the Greater Visakhapatnam Municipal Corporation videGO third read Below.

Government after careful consideration hereby order that in the light of orders issued in GO third read above the employees working in the Anakapalli Town and Bheemunipatnam Municipalities of Visakhapatnam District be allowed to draw House Rent Allowance at 20% in the Revised Pay Scales, 2015. Accordingly the following amendment is issued to G.O.Ms.No.48, Finance (HRM.V-PC) Department, dt.30-04-2015.

Anakapalli Bheemunipatnam Municipality Employees HRA  Enhanced AMENDMENT Order

In the said para 2(i) of the table containing the classification of cities and towns for HRA in the 2nd row the following words shall be added after Greater Visakhapatnam Municipal Corporation:
(including Anankapalli and Bheemunipatnam Municipalities)
5. The above amendment shall take effect as indicted in para-6 of the Government order fifth read above.
6. These orders are in supersession of the orders issued in G.O.Ms.No.2862, Finance (HR.VI-TFR) Department, dt. 01-12-2015.
