Day 2 : 05.03.2016 - Time: 2.00 P.M

Display of Voter List for Conduct of Elections to SMC Members in the Notice Board of Primary/Upper Primary Classes

Day 3 : 08.03.2016

Time: 10.00 A.M - Calling of Objections on Voter List and Redressal of Grievances if any
Time: 02.00 P.M - Finailization of Voter List for Conduct of Elections to SMCs and its display in the Notice Board of the Primary/Upper Primary Classes

Day 4 : 11.03.2016

Time: 7.00 A.M to 1.00 P.M - Conduct of Elections to SMC Members
Time: 1.30 P.M - Finalisation of Elected SMC Members& Formation of New SMCs
Time: 2.00 P.M - Conduct of Election of Chairman & Vice Chairman by SMC Members
Time: 3.00 P.M – Taking By SMC Members, Chairman & Vice Chairman
Time: 3.30 P.M - Conducting First SMC Meeting
