RTSS Man Power Solutions, Hyderabad, in General Administration Department – Sanction of expenditure for the period from 22.02.2016 to 21.03.2016 – Orders – Issued.

3. Bill No.RTSS/15-16/2038, dated 12.04.2016 from M/s. RTSS Man Power Solutions, Hyderabad.

O R D E R:

1. Government have issued orders to continue the term of the (13) posts of Drivers engaged through outsourcing basis in different wings of General Administration Department for a further continuation of (13) posts of Drivers from 01.03.2016 to 31.08.2016 vide reference 2nd read above.

2. M/s.RTSS Man Power Solutions, Hyderabad has submitted bills for Rs.1,22,033/-(Rupees One Lakh Twenty Two Thousand and Thirty Three only) (i.e. Rs.88,000/- as Pay, RS.11,759/- as E.P.F. @ 13.36%, Rs.4,180/- as ESI @ 4.75%, Rs.2,640/- as service charges @ 3% , Rs.14,921/- as Service Tax @ 14% on the total bill of Rs.1,06,579/- and Rs.533/- as Swachh Bharat Cess @ 0.5% on the total bill of Rs. 1,06,579/-) for the period from 22.02.2016 to 21.03.2016 for providing services of 11 Drivers(Out of 13 posts Two posts are presently vacant) on outsourcing basis.

3. Accordingly, sanction is hereby accorded for payment of an amount of Rs.1,22,033/- (Rupees One Lakh Twenty Two Thousand and Thirty Three only) to M/s. RTSS Man Power Solutions, Hyderabad, towards remuneration for the 11 Drivers(Out of 13 posts Two posts are presently vacant) for the period from 22.02.2016 to 21.03.2016 , whose services are being utilized in General Administration Department @ Rs.8000/- p.m. to each Driver and service charges of agency @ 3%, and employer’s contribution towards EPF @ 13.36%, ESI @ 4.75%, Service Tax @14% and Swachh Bharat Cess @0.5%as indicated at para (2) above.

4. The expenditure shall be debited to the Head of Account under

“2052- Secretariat General Services – MH 090 – Secretariat – SH (04) General Administration Department – 300 – Other Contractual Services.”

5. The General Administration (Claims C) Department are requested to draw and credit the amount sanctioned in para 2 above to
