Telangana Education board allotted the minimum qualifying marks in TET according to the category are mentioned below.

OC candidates : 60% of total marks
BC candidates : 50% of total marks
SC/ST/PH candidates : 40% of total marks 

Important Note :

The candidates who will get minimum 60% Marks in the Exam they will get TET Exam Certificate. The time period of the TS TET certificate is 7 Years.

Validity period of TS TET Certificate / Marks Memo :

The validity of certificates shall be for a period of 7 years from the date of TET concerned. Weightage for TS-TET Scores in selection in District Selection Committee (DSC) Recruitments:

20% weightage will be given to TS-TET scores in the ensuing Teacher Recruitment of the State Government i.e., 20% weightage is for TS-TET score and 80% weightage for written test in Teacher Recruitment Test (TRT).

1. The TS TET score gives the 20% weightage
2. TRT ( DSC) gives the 80% weightage to the applicants.
3. The Certificate of TET valid for 7 years.
