ఎమ్మెల్సీ ఓటర్ల నమోదుకు సూచనలు

ఉపాధ్యాయ, పట్టభద్రుల నియోజకవర్గంలో ఓటర్ల నమోదు కార్యక్రమం 01.10.2018 నుండి ప్రారంభమైంది. ఓటరు నమోదుకు దరఖాస్తు చేయటానికి చివరితేది : 06.11.2018.

ఉపాధ్యాయ ఓటరు నమోదు కొరకు సూచనలు :

ప్రజాప్రాతినిధ్య చట్టం, 1950లోని సెక్షన్‌ 27(5)(బి)ననుసరించి ఉపాధ్యాయ నియోజకవర్గంలో ఓటరుగా నమోదు చేసుకొనేందుకు ఈ క్రింది అర్హతలు ఉండాలి. యుటిఎఫ్

1. ఉపాధ్యాయులు/ అధ్యాపకులు నియోజకవర్గ నివాసి అయి ఉండాలి. (ఓటరు నియోజకవర్గ పరిధిలోనే పనిచెయ్యాలన్న నియమం లేదు). పనిచేస్తున్న జిల్లా వేరుగా ఉన్నా నివాసం నియోజకవర్గంలో ఉంటే ఆ ఉపాధ్యాయులు/ అధ్యాపకులు కూడ ఓటర్లుగా నమోదుకు అర్హులు.

2. 2018 నవంబర్‌ 1వ తేదీ నాటికి ముందున్న 6 సం|| కాలంలో (01.11.2012 నుండి 31.10.2018 వరకు) 3 సం|| కాలానికి తగ్గకుండా ఉన్నత పాఠశాల ఆపైస్థాయి విద్యాసంస్థలలో ఉపాధ్యాయులు/ అధ్యాపకులుగా పనిచేసి ఉండాలి. (3 సం||కాలం కంటిన్యూగా ఉండనక్కర్లేదు. విడతలవారీగా కూడ ఉండవచ్చు.)

3. ఉపాధ్యాయుడు రెగ్యులర్‌/ అడ్‌హక్‌గా నియమించబడి (పుల్‌టైం ఉపాధ్యాయునిగా) ఉండాలి. పార్ట్‌టైం టీచర్లు ఓటర్లుగా అర్హులుకారు.

4. ప్రైవేట్‌ అన్‌ఎయిడెడ్‌ పాఠశాలలు/కళాశాలల్లో పనిచేసే ఉపాధ్యాయులు/ అధ్యాపకులు కూడా ఓటర్లుగా నమోదు అగుటకు (ఎ) వారి సర్వీసు సర్టిఫికెటును జిల్లా స్థాయి పర్యవేక్షణాధికారి (DEORIO) ధృవీకరించాలి. (Attest చేయాలి.) (బి) గత 6 సం||ల కాలంలో చెల్లించిన GPF/EPF వివరాలను PF నెంబర్‌తో సహా EROసమర్పించాలి. (Memo No.3056/Elcs.E/A3/2016-- of the Chief Electoral Officer, Telangana, tsutf dt 29.09.2016) పేరా 4లోని (xvii,xviii) ప్రకారం.

5. పాత ఓటర్ల జాబితా ఉండదు. అర్హులైన ఉపాధ్యాయులు/అధ్యాపకులు అందరూ ఓటరుగా నమోదుకోసం తాజాగా దరఖాస్తు చేసుకోవాలి.

6. ఓటరుగా నమోదుకోసం ఫారం -19లో దరఖాస్తు చేసుకోవాలి. దరఖాస్తు ఫారంలో ఫోటో అంటించాలి.

7. ఉపాధ్యాయుడు పనిచేసిన కాలానికి సంబంధించి అనెగ్జరు-2 నందలి ప్రొఫార్మాలో ప్రధానోపాధ్యాయుడు/ప్రిన్సిపాల్‌ జారీచేసిన ధృవపత్రం సమర్పించాలి. (ఫారం 19లోనే సర్వీస్‌ సర్టిఫికెట్‌ ముద్రించబడింది.)

8. పూర్తి చేసిన దరఖాస్తు ఫారాలను నివాస ప్రాంతంలోని సహాయనమోదు అధికారి (మండలంలో తహసిల్‌దారు) కి సమర్పించాలి.

9. ప్రధానోపాధ్యాయుడు/ ప్రిన్సిపల్‌ కవరింగ్‌లెటర్‌తో విద్యాసంస్థకు సంబంధించిన మొత్తం దరఖాస్తులు (బల్క్‌గా) సమర్పించవచ్చు.

10. ఆన్‌లైన్‌లో దరఖాస్తు చేయదలచినవారు www.ceotelangana.gov.in లో దరఖాస్తు చేయవచ్చు. వెరిఫికేషన్‌ కొరకు నివాసానికి వచ్చినప్పుడు సర్వీసు సర్టిఫికెట్‌ ఒరిజనల్‌ అందజేయాలి. యుటిఎఫ్

గ్రాడ్యుయేట్‌ ఓటరు నమోదు కొరకు సూచనలు :

1. గ్రాడ్యుయేటు ఓటరు నమోదుకొరకు ఫారం-18లో ధరఖాస్తు చేసుకోవాలి. తేదీ : 31.10.2015 నాటికి డిగ్రీ ఉత్తీర్ణులైన వారు గ్రాడ్యుయేటు ఓటరు నమోదుకు అర్హులు. అనగా తేదీ :01.11.2018 నాటికి డిగ్రీ పాసై మూడు సం||రాలు పూర్తి కావాలి.

2. పాత ఓటర్ల జాబితా ఉండదు. అర్హులైన ఉపాధ్యాయులు/అధ్యాపకులు అందరూ ఓటరుగా నమోదుకోసం తాజాగా దరఖాస్తు చేసుకోవాలి.

3. డిగ్రీ సర్టిఫికేట్‌ కాపీని దరఖాస్తుతో జత చేయాలి. ప్రభుత్వ ఉద్యోగులు/ ఉపాధ్యాయులు కార్యాలయాధిపతి చేత డిగ్రీని ధృవీకరిస్తే సరిపోతుంది. ( వారు డిగ్రీ సర్టిఫికేట్‌ కాపీ జత చేయనవసరం లేదు.)

4. ఆన్‌లైన్‌లో దరఖాస్తు చేయదలచినవారు www.ceotelangana.gov.in లో దరఖాస్తు చేయవచ్చు. వెరిఫికేషన్‌ కొరకు నివాసానికి వచ్చినప్పుడు డిగ్రీ సర్టిఫికెట్‌/ధృవపత్రం ఒరిజనల్‌ చూపించాలి.

5. నివాస ధృవీకరణ (అడ్రస్‌ ప్రూఫ్‌) ఏదైనా జత చేయాలి.
