Government of Telangana School Education (General) Department Memo No 691, Dated:28-01-2017 School Education Dept - Request for sanction of sixteen (16) days Earned Leave to the Teachers for the period they worked on Holidays during of Sakal Janula Samme -Orders -Issued.

In the circumstances reported by the Director of School Education, Telangana Hyderabad, in the reference 3rd cited and after careful examination of the matter, Government hereby permits the Director of School Education, Telangana Hyderabad, to credit Earned Leave for Sixteen(16) days to the Teachers, who have participated in Sakal Janula Samme from 16-09-2011 to 17-10-2011 (32) days and have attended the schools for sixteen(16) days on public holidays, as deemed fit, subject to the condition that the Earned Leave cannot be encashed either at the time of retirement at the time of surrender, as this leave is in the nature of Compensatory Leave for which encashment is not there.
The Director of School Education, Telangana Hyderabad shall take necessary action in the matter, accordingly. This order issues with the concurrence of the Finance (HRM-III) Department vide their U.O.No.14308/354/A1/HRM-III/2016, dt.29-12-2016
