b) Confirmation advance at the time of booking the flat. : Rs. 1,00,000/- ( This amount will be adjusted towards the cost of flat )
c) Processing Fee at the time of booking
(This amount shall be paid along with the confirmation advance)
Note:- Both Registration fee and Processing fee are one time payments and are Non-refundable.
d) Parking space: Parking spaces may be reserved by paying Rs. 50,000/- as advance through online after booking the flat. Applicant will not get access to reserve the parking slot until booking of the flat is completed. Only one parking space will be allowed to be booked by the prospective buyers.

Rajiv Swagruha Flats Booking Fee and Flat Details :
a) Registration Fee : Rs. 1000/- (This enables applicant to access the Application form)b) Confirmation advance at the time of booking the flat. : Rs. 1,00,000/- ( This amount will be adjusted towards the cost of flat )
c) Processing Fee at the time of booking
- 3 BHK, 2 ½ BHK and 2 BHK : Rs. 10,000/-
- 1 BHK : Rs. 5,000/-
(This amount shall be paid along with the confirmation advance)
