పరీక్షలు ముగిసిన రోజు నుంచి ఫలితాలు ఎప్పుడెప్పుడు విడుదల అవుతాయా? అని విద్యార్థులు, తల్లిదండ్రులు ఉత్కంఠగా ఎదురు చూస్తున్నారు. విద్యార్థుల జీవితాలను మలుపు తిప్పేది కావడంతో ప్రతి ఒక్కరూ ఈ ఫలితాల విషయంలో ప్రత్యేక దృష్టిని సారిస్తున్నారు. మ రోవైపు ఆయా కళాశాలల నిర్వాహకులు, అధ్యాపకులు సైతం ఫలితాల కోసం ఆసక్తిగా ఎదురు చూస్తున్నారు. ఈనెల 12వ తేదీలోపుగానే ఫలితాలు విడుదల కావాల్సి ఉన్నప్పటికీ ఎన్నికలు తదితర కారాణాల వల్ల ఫలితాల విడుదల వారం రోజులు ఆలస్యమైంది. ఫలితాల విడుదల ఆలస్యం కావడంతో విద్యార్థులు, తల్లిదండ్రులలో కొంత ఆందోళనలు వ్యక్తమయ్యాయి. 

               ఎట్టకేలకు ఇంటర్మీడియట్ బోర్డు అధికారులు గురువారం సాయంత్రం 5గంటలకు ఫలితాలను విడుదల చేస్తామని ప్రకటించిన నేపథ్యంలో విద్యార్థులు, తల్లిదండ్రులలో ఉన్న ఉత్కంఠకు తెరపడనుంది. 26001 మంది విద్యార్థుల భవితవ్యం మహబూబ్‌నగర్, నారాయణపేట జిల్లాలకు సంబంధించి ఈ సంవత్సరం 26,001 మంది విద్యార్థులు పరీక్షలకు దరఖాస్తు చేసుకున్నారు. ప్రథమ సంవత్సరం పరీక్షలకు సంబంధించి జనరల్ పరీక్షలకు 11,637 మంది, ఒకేషనల్ పరీక్షలకు 1586 మంది మొత్తం 13223 మంది పరీక్షలు రాశారు. ద్వితీయ సంవత్సరం పరీక్షలకు సంబంధించి 11,394 మంది జనరల్ పరీక్షలకు, 1384 మంది ఒకేషనల్ పరీక్షలకు దరఖాస్తు చేసుకున్నారు. ఈ పరీక్షలకు ప్రతిరోజు సగటున 350 మంది విద్యార్థులు గైర్హాజరు కాగా మిగిలిన వారు పరీక్షలు రాసి ఫలితాల కోసం ఎదురు చూస్తున్నారు.
