Government hereby issues the following Notification for providing transport facility to the Children of the Habitations without Schools in the State, under the Right to Education Act,2009 (Central Act No.35 of 2009) and it shall be published in the Telangana Gazette.

Telangana SSA Transport facility to the Children of the Habitations list

As per Section 3(1) of the Right of Children to Free and Compulsory Education Act, 2009 (Central Act No.35 of 2009) and sub-rule (4) of rule (5) of the Telangana Right of Children to Free and Compulsory Education Rules, 2010. TThe government will provide transportation facility to 20,754 (Twenty Thousand Seven Hundred and Fifty Four) Children of 1862 (One Thousand, Eight Hundred and Sixty Two) Habitations which are without Schools, in Telangana State, during the Academic Year 2018-19. The list of such Habitations is enclosed in the Annexure appended to this Order.
