WhatsApp today announced a new control for group administrators to limit activity so that they are the only member of the group who can send messages. WhatsApp groups can include up to 256 participants. How to get Admin Restrict :

First Open WhatsApp Icon 

Next Open Your Group 

Select On Right side shown below Image 

 Then Click On Group Info

 Next Scroll and Select Group Setting 

 Next Edit Group Info and Send Messages 

Select All Participants or Only Admin 

Finally Click on OK button 

Here, select “Only Admins” if you want just admins to send message.

If you’re a group admin, you can now remove admin rights from other participants. Select the admin in “Group info” and tap “Dismiss as admin.”
That level of granular control for admins will not only help reduce spam messages that perpetrate many WhatsApp groups, but also tackle the issue of viral hoax messages that are resulting in the public lynchings of innocent victims in India.
