a) insist Xerox copy of the Pay fixation statement proceedings, calculation and duplicate bill which was issued earlier, duly attested y the existing DDO (Details of the amount calculated from 02-05-2014 to 31-05-2015 are required). These documents are to be scanned and uploaded.b) Fresh proceedings from the existing DDO with full details shall also be scanned and uploaded.
