కమీషనర్ ఆఫీసులో జరిగిన eహాజరు సమీక్ష సమావేశంలో కమీషనర్ గారి ముఖ్య సూచనలు:

1. ప్రతి ఉపాధ్యాయుడు పాఠశాల లోనే ఈహాజరు వేసేలా చర్యలు చేపట్టాలి. కొంత మంది ఉపాధ్యాయులు వారి ఇంటి వద్ద బయోమెట్రిక్ వేస్తున్నట్లు మా దృష్టికి వచ్చింది అని వారిపై చర్యలు తీసుకుంటామని హెచ్చరించారు.
2. అనవసర OD లు నివారించాలని సూచించారు. చాలా మంది టీచర్లు పాఠశాలలో డివైస్ పనిచేయకపోతే OD పెడుతున్నారని అలా చేయడానికి వీలు లేదని స్పష్టం చేశారు.
3. ఒకే ఒక టీచర్ ఉన్న పాఠశాలల్లో ఈహాజరు 100% అమలు చేయాలని సూచించారు.
4.ఐరిష్ డివైస్ లు ఇంతవరకు వాడని పాఠశాలలు 27 ఉన్నాయని వాటిని Return చేయాలని ఆదేశించారు.
5. టీచర్ల leave credits అన్నీ వారి SR ఆధారంగా DDO cse login లో confirm చేయాలని ఆదేశించారు. నిర్లక్ష్య వైఖరి తగదని, MEO,HM,DyEO అందరూ ఈ ప్రక్రియ వారంలో పూర్తిచేయాలని సూచించారు
6.MEO,DyEO,DIET staff అందరూ eహాజరు వేయాలి.
7.నెట్ వర్క్ లేని పాఠశాలలలో వెంటనే ఆఫ్ లైన్ లో eహాజరు అమలు చేయాలని ఆదేశించారు.
8.పాఠశాల మొదలు పెట్టిన రోజు నుండి ఈరోజు వరకు 86 రోజుల్లో ఒక్క రోజు కూడా బయోమెట్రిక్ హాజరు వేయని వారికీ షోకాజ్ నోటీసులు జారీ చేయాలని ఆదేశించారు. వేయక పోవడానికి కారణం ఏమిటి అని గుర్తించాలని సూచించారు.
