Class Wise School Bag Weight Instruction by Govt. of India : Instructions on School Bag weight , Introducing Subjects in classes, Home work by Govt of India. The ministry of human resource development as instructed to all the states and union territories to formulate guidelines to regulate the teaching of subjects and feet of school bag in accordance with the Government of India instructions therefore all the schools under department of education is here by directed to strictly complete the following instructions with immediately effect.
Homework shall not be assigned to the students of class 1
and 2.
Schools should not prescribe any other subject expert
language and mathematics for class 1 and 2 and language, EVS and mathematics
for class 3rd to 5th students as described by the NCERT
Students should not ask to bring additional books extra
materials and the weight of the school should not exceed the following limit.

కేంద్ర మానవవనరుల అభివృద్ధి శాఖ మంత్రి ప్రకాశ్‌ జావడేకర్‌ ఇదే విషయమై స్పందించిన నేపథ్యంలో కేంద్రం ఈ మేరకు నిర్ణయం తీసుకుంది.
తాము సూచించిన మార్గదర్శకాలను ఇకపై తప్పనిసరిగా అమలు చేయాలని అన్ని రాష్ట్రాలను కోరింది. సంబంధిత ఆదేశాల ప్రకారం.
1, 2 తరగతుల విద్యార్థులకు హోం వర్క్‌ ఇవ్వొద్దు.
జాతీయ విద్యా పరిశోధన శిక్షణ మండలి సూచించిన ప్రకారం ఒకటి, రెండు తరగతులకు భాష, గణితం, 3-5 తరగతులకు భాషలు, సామాన్యశాస్త్రం(ఈవీఎస్‌), గణితం తప్ప పాఠశాలలు ఇతర సబ్జెక్టులను పెట్టకూడదు.
అదనపు పుస్తకాలను తీసుకురావాలంటూ విద్యార్థులను పాఠశాలల యాజమాన్యం ఒత్తిడి చేయకూడదు.
ఒకవేళ అదనపు మెటీరియల్‌ ఇచ్చినా అవన్నీ కలిపి కేంద్ర మానవవనరుల అభివృద్ధి శాఖ సూచించిన పుస్తకాల బరువును మించకూడదు.
