ACTION PLAN FOR IMPROVEMENT OF SSC RESULTS IN MARCH-2019 : DCEB Kurnool SSC March -2019 - Implementation of 90 Days Action Plan to get 100% Results in Public Examinations – guidelines Issued – Reg. All the Deputy Educational Officers, Mandal Educational Officers and Headmasters of all High Schools under all Managements in the District are aware that SSC Public Examinations will be commenced from 18.03.2019 to 30.03.2019. In this regard it is decided to implement specific Action Plan to get 100% results in SSC Public Examinations March-2019. For this purpose, the District Common Examination Board, Kurnool has prepared 90 days Action plan from 17.12.2018 to 15.03.2019 has been implement at School level. All the Deputy Educational Officers, Mandal Educational Officers in the District are instructed to give necessary instructions to Headmasters to follow the 90 Days Action Plan and Conduct 4 Revision Tests ( from 02.01.2019 to 18.02.2019 ) to get 100% results in the district scrupulously and also instructed to monitoring the Programme implementation properly.In this connection the Dy.E.Os & Mandal Educational Officers are instructed to take this task as TOP PRIORITY and any deviation in this regard viewed seriously.

2. Created Subject Forums (Whatsapp group) in each subject for enrichment of the subject and positive and qualitative discussions with subject experts. For this District Educational Officer, Kurnool is an admin.
3. Conducted one day orientation classes in the month of August-2018 to all the teachers in the district in each subject at VASAVI MAHILA KALASALA, NEAR KING MARKET,KURNOOL.
4. Prepared study material VIJAYA DEEPIKA with model papers on CCE by the subject expert. This material is sponsored by DISTRICT MINERAL FOUNDATION TRUST, KURNOOL and have supplied to all Government Management High schools in the district.
5. Conducting Study hours morning one hour 08.30 to 09.30 and Evening 04.45 to 05.45 for X class.
6. Conducted Constitutional level meeting with Headmasters of all high schools in the district and given subject tips. Directed all the MEOs , Headmasters of all high schools to follow the instructions time to time without any deviation to achieve 100% result.
7. The District Educational Officer is regularly conducting teleconference with Mandal Educational Officers and visiting the high Schools in the district motivating to achieve 100% results in SSC Public Examinations March-2019.
8. Making specific “Action plan” to be achieve 100% results in March-2019 SSC public Examinations in Kurnool District.

4. నిర్దశుుంచిన దినాలలో నిర్దశుుంచిన పాఠ్ా ుంశాలలో కార్యా చరణ ప్రణాళికను అనుసరిుంచి పునశచ రణ రరీక్షలను విధగానిరా హుంచాలి.
5. మూల్ా ుంకనము జరిగిన తర్థవాత విద్యార్థులు వెనకబడివునన అుంశాలలో పునశచ రణ తరగతులు నిరా హుంచాలి.
6. ప్రధానోపాధాా యులు మీ మీ పాఠ్శాలలలో అన్నన తరగతులలో.అన్నన సబ్జకుె ులలో 90 రోజుల కార్యా చరణ ప్రణాళిక అమలయేల చర్యలు తీసుకోవాలి.
7. జిల్ా లో ని సుంబుంధత జిల్ా ఉరవిద్యా ధకార్థలు, ముండల విద్యాధకారులు మరియు ఇతర విద్యా ధకార్థలు నిరుంతరము ఈకారా ప్కమము రరావేక్షిసూూ సజావుగా అమలయేా ల్ చర్యలు తీసుకోవలెను.
8. సెలవు దినాలలో వెనుక బడిన అుంశాలపై ఇుంటిరని ఇవ్యాలి జిల్ా లోని సుంబుంధత అధకార్థలుందర్థ అవసరమైనమేరకు తగు చరా లు తీసుకొని ఈ 90 రోజుల కార్యా చరణ ప్రణాళిక ను నిబదుత తో నిరా హుంచి SSC March-2019 ఫలితాలలో నూటికి నూర్థ శాతము ఉతీూర్థులయేాుంద్దకు మరియు ర్యష్ట్ుాుి లో జిల్ా ను ప్రథమ ాునములో నిలుపుటకు కృషి చేయవలెను.
