AP MDM యాప్ CB నమోదు చేయడం వలన తరువాత నెలకు మన పాఠశాల కి బియ్యం వస్తాయి. How to Enter Closing Balance in Mid Day Meal App. CB నమోదుపై సూచనలు గమనించి CB ని నమోదుచేయగలరు.

How to Enter/Submit the Closing Balance of MDM Rice in AP MDM 

MDM rice indent should be Enter in MDM App.
For this Purpose, the option to close CB (Closing Balance) in the monthly application in MDM App.
This CB option is removed from the app for 3 or 4 days.
At that time all the major teachers should give CB to their schools, and rice to our school the next month based on the CB we are giving.
So for every CB option in the middle of each month we should keep an eye on the App.

August-2018 నెలకు సంబంధించిన Rice Indent 16.07.2018 సాయంత్రము వరకు అందుబాటులో వుంటుంది కనుక అన్ని పాఠశాలల HMs MDM Rice Closing Balance 31.07.2018 నాటికి వివరములు (Approximately) MDM APP ద్వారా Enter చేయవలెను.అలా చేయని పాఠశాలలకు August-2018 నెలకు Rice విడుదలకాదు

Rice Closing Balance (CB) ను వేయుటకు సూచనలు

1. ముందుగా last Month closing balance + present month Received Rice =Total చేయాలి. 
2. Present Month Total Expenditure తయారు చేసుకోవాలి( approximately)
3. Total Rice నుండి Present Month Total Expenditure తీసివేయాలి.
4. Present Month Closing Balance వస్తుంది.
