How to Update Personal Details for E Service Register/ Book Get details here. Login Details to update Employee Details for e Service Register at http://apesr.apcfss.in.

NOTE:

1. This application is intended to correct the errors in the Employees personal details which are available in the existing HRMS application.
2. It proposes to correct the errors in the Employee name, Surname, Spouse name, Date of birth, Date of joining, etc.. in those cases where there is a difference in Service record of the employee and that maintained in the HRMS.

Instructions of E SR login:

Please follow below steps for entering personal details.

Employee:

1. All employees need to submit their personal details by clicking Personal Details Menu item shown in left side menu.
2. After submitting the details, Employee need to confirm the personal details through Biometric authentication.
3. The confirmed details will be available in their respective DDOs login for further confirmation process.

DDOs :

1. DDO also has to submit his /her personal details and follow the steps as mentioned in Instructions to employees
2. DDOs will get the list of employee's personal details for confirmation, in his /her login.
3. DDO has to go through each employee's details and confirm the same through Biometric authentication.

How to login ESR official site ?         

Enter CFMS ID (8 digits). To know the CFMS ID, please go to the Employee services link in CFMS site (https://cfms.ap.gov.in)

The Registered Mobile Number will be auto populated based on the CFMS ID entered
Mobile number change will be allowed only once.
Click on Generate OTP
Enter OTP Sent To your Registered Mobile Number
Click Proceed To Login
