You can follow the steps mentioned below to change photo in Aadhar card

Visit a nearby Aadhaar Enrollment Centre/ Aadhaar Sewa Kendra
Download the Aadhaar Enrollment Form from UIDAI’s website
Fill the form with due diligence
Submit your form to the executive and provide your biometric details
Now the executive will take your live photograph
You will have to provide biometrics to approve your details
A fee of ₹ 25 + GST will have to be paid to get the details updated
You will get an Acknowledgement slip containing the URN
The Update Request Number (URN) can be used to check the update status.

మీరు రెండు దారుల ద్వారా ఆధార్ కార్డు ఫోటోను మార్చుకోవచ్చు : అయితే ఆఫ్ లైన్ ద్వారానే మీరు ఫోటో చేంజ్ చేసుకోవాల్సి ఉంటుంది. ఆన్ లైన్ ద్వారా సాధ్యం కాదు. దీనికోసం మీరు ముందుగా Aadhaar Update form https://uidai.gov.in/images/UpdateRequestFormV2.pdf ని డౌన్లోడ్ చేసుకుని దాన్ని నింపాలి. దాన్ని మీరు UIDAI కి పంపిస్తే వారు వివరాలు చెక్ చేసుకుని మీకు మీరు పంపిన ఫోటో కార్డుతో ఐడీకార్డుని పంపిస్తారు. మీకు దగ్గర్లో ఉన్న ఆధార్ ఎన్ రోల్ మెంట్ సెంటర్ కెళ్లి అక్కడ మీ ఫోటోని అప్ డేట్ చేయమని అడగండి.

Aadhra Photo Update Fee, Duration 

ఇది 2 వారాల ప్రాసెస్ తీసుకుంటుంది. దీనికి ఛార్జ్ కింద రూ.15 తీసుకుంటారు. 5 సంవత్సరాల వారి ఫోటోను ఆధార్ లో తీసుకోరు. 15 నుంచి 18 సంవత్సరాల మధ్యలో ఉన్నవారి ఫోటో మాత్రమే అప్ డేట్ చేస్తారు. అయితే ఇక ఆలస్యం చేయకుండా మీకు నచ్చిన విధంగా మీ ఫోటో మార్చుకోండి.
