పదో తరగతి పబ్లిక్‌ పరీక్షల్లో సంస్కరణలకు ప్రభుత్వం శ్రీకారం చుట్టింది. 2020 మార్చిలో నిర్వహించే పబ్లిక్‌ పరీక్షల నుంచే ఈ సంస్కరణలు అమలు కానున్నాయి. నిరంతర సమగ్ర మూల్యాంకనం (సీసీఈ) పరీక్షల విధానంలో మార్పులు చోటుచేసుకోనున్నాయి. నేషనల్‌ కరికులమ్‌ ఫ్రేమ్‌ వర్క్‌-2005, నూతన విద్యా విధానం-2019 ముసాయిదా, పాఠశాల విద్యాశాఖ నియమించిన కోర్‌ గ్రూపు సిఫారసులను దృష్టిలో పెట్టుకుని ప్రభుత్వం ఈ పరీక్షల్లో సంస్కరణలు తీసుకువచ్చింది.

The following examination reforms for SSC Public Examinations will come in to force w.e.f SSC Public Examinations, March 2020 and onwards.

AP SSC Question Paper Blue Print 2019-20

1. బ్లూప్రింట్‌: పరీక్షలలో నాణ్యత ఉండేలా బ్లూప్రింట్‌లో మార్పులు చేశారు. విద్యార్థుల నైపుణ్యాలను.. సంక్లిష్టం, సృజనాత్మకత, హేతుబద్ధత, విశ్లేషణలుగా అంచనావేసి ప్రశ్నపత్రాన్ని నాలుగు సెక్షన్లుగా విభజించారు.

1. ఆబ్జెక్టివ్‌ టైపు (ఒక పదంలో సమాధానం ఇవ్వాలి. చాయిస్‌ లేదు)
2. వెరీ షార్ట్‌ ఆన్సర్‌ టైపు (ఒకటి లేదా రెండు వాక్యాలలో సమాధానం ఇవ్వాలి. చాయిస్‌ లేదు)
3. షార్ట్‌ ఆన్సర్‌ (రెండు నుంచి నాలుగు వాక్యాలలో సమాధానం ఇవ్వాలి. చాయిస్‌ లేదు)
4. వ్యాస రూపం (ఎనిమిది నుంచి పది వాక్యాలలో సమాధానం ఇవ్వాలి. ఇంటర్నల్‌ చాయిస్‌ ఉంది)

10th Class Public Exam Answer Booklet:

Director of Government Examinations shall make arrangements to supply 24 page ruled/dotted single answer booklet to the students for writing the examinations. The Commissioner, Printing, Stationery & Stores Purchase Department, AP shall meet the expenditure for this purpose.

Duration of the 10th Class Examination :

1. It shall be 2.45 hrs, including Reading of Question Paper – 15 min, writing of Answers – 2.30 hrs
2. OSSC Main Language/First Language Composite Course – 3.15 hrs.
3. Second Language – 3.00 hrs.

కాన్ఫిడెన్షియల్‌ మెటీరియల్‌: 

ప్రస్తుత పద్ధతిలో డీఈవో/డీసీఈబీలు పదో తరగతి ప్రశ్నపత్రాలను రూపొందించేవారు. ఇప్పుడు నిలుపుదల చేశారు.

ప్రశ్నపత్రాల రూపకల్పన బాధ్యతను ఎస్‌సీఈఆర్‌టీకి అప్పగించారు. ఇందుకోసం ఒక అసె్‌సమెంట్‌ సెల్‌ను ఏర్పాటుచేసుకుని, ప్రభుత్వ పరీక్షల విభాగం డైరెక్టర్‌తో సమన్వయం చేసుకోవాలి. ప్రశ్నపత్రాలకు సంబంధించిన కాన్ఫిడెన్షియాలిటీని చూసేందుకు ఎస్‌సీఈఆర్‌టీ, ప్రభుత్వ పరీక్షల డైరెక్టర్‌లకు నిర్వహణ బాధ్యతలను పాఠశాల విద్యాకమిషనర్‌ అప్పగిస్తారు.

5. మార్కుల మెమోలలో పేపర్‌ వారీ గ్రేడ్లు: ఇకపై మార్కుల మెమోలో విద్యార్థులకు పేపర్‌ వారీగా గ్రేడ్లు కూడా ఇస్తారు. ప్రస్తుతం సబ్జెక్టుల వారీగా గ్రేడ్లు ఇచ్చే వారు.

ఇకపై ఈ రెండు రకాల గ్రేడ్లు ఉంటాయి. ప్రభుత్వ పరీక్షల విభాగం డైరెక్టర్‌ ఇందుకు చర్యలు తీసుకుంటారు.
