Headmasters of High Schools under all managements in the district are informed that the Government has decided to conduct Common pre-final Examinations from 27-02-2020 to 12/03/2020 for X class.It is also informed that the pre-final Exam on 28-02-2020 is postponed to 13-03-2020 in view of National Science Day Celebrations. As it is Common Examination all the officers are instructed to conduct the examinations in a fair and smooth manner without any deviation. Any deviation of the examination Schedule will be viewed seriously and concerned personnel will be held responsible in this matter. In this regard, al l the Deputy Educational Officers , Mandal Educational Officers in the district are requested to com municate the examination schedule to all schools under all managements in their respective jurisdiction and also follow the guidelines communicated. 10th Class Pre final Exam Conduct Guidelines:-

1.AII the Headmasters of High Schools, under all managements are informed that all the MRCs of all Mandals are arranged as question papers distribution Centres for 10th class pre-final Examinations,under the supervision of Manda I Educational Officers.
2.The Mandal Educational Officer should inform all the School Complex Headmasters to receive question papers one day before the commencement of the examinations.
3.The School Complex Headmaster should not give all the question papers at a time to concerned schools.
4.The School Complex Headmaster should distribute question papers everyday to all the schools in their jurisdiction one hour before the examination by utilizing the services of Cluster Resource Persons.

5.The School Complex Headmaster is held responsible to maintain strict
confidentiality.
6.This should be done every day by the School Complex Headmaster till the
completion of the examinations.
7. Headmaster is the first level monitoring officer for smooth conduct of X class pre final examinations without any deviations.
8. Headmasters should verify seals of the question paper bundles at the time of receiving from the Cluster Resource Person.
9. If the Headmaster identify any damage to the seal of the question paper bundles or shortage of question papers communicate the information to the MEO.
10. Question Paper Bundle is to be opened 15 minutes before the commencement of the examination every day.
