Read the following: 1) Circular Dr YSRAHCT/P&C/COVID-19/DrYSRAS/2020, dt: 11.03.2020. 2) GO.Rt.No.215, Health, Medical & Family Welfare (B2) Dept.,dt: 24.03.2020. 3) From the CEO, Dr.YSRAHCT, Guntur, Lr.No.DrYSRAHCT/COVID19/1365/DrYSRAS/2019,Dt.28-03-2020.The Hospitals should treat the suspected and confirmed positive stable or unstable cases under the said procedures on request made by the Local Health Authorities or under intimation to the Local Health Authorities duly following the safety, precautionary measures while treating such patients. The modifications in the treatment guidelines and packages will be issued periodically.

ఆరోగ్యశ్రీ పరిధిలోకి కరోనా చికిత్సలు

1. కరోనా చికిత్స కేసులను ఆరోగ్యశ్రీ పరిధిలోకి తీసుకొస్తూ ఏపీ ప్రభుత్వం ఆదేశాలు జారీ చేసింది.
2. కోవిడ్‌-19 కేసులను ప్రైవేట్‌ ఆస్పత్రులు కూడా చేర్చుకోవాలని రాష్ట్ర ప్రభుత్వం ఆదేశించింది.
3. కరోనా కేసులను ప్రైవేట్‌ ఆసుపత్రుల్లో కూడా చేర్చుకోవాలని ఆదేశాలు ఇచ్చింది.
4. కరోనాకు సంబంధించి 15 రకాల ప్రొసీజర్లను ఆరోగ్యశ్రీ ప్యాకేజీలో చేర్చింది.
5. ప్రభుత్వ అధికారుల పర్యవేక్షణలో ఆసుపత్రుల్లో చేర్చుకోవడంతో పాటు చికిత్స చేసేలా ప్రభుత్వం ఆదేశాలిచ్చింది.
6. కరోనా పరీక్షలు, వ్యాధి నిర్ధారణ, ఇతర వ్యాధులతో కలిపి వైద్యానికి ధరల ప్యాకేజి నిర్ణయిస్తూ ఉత్తర్వులు ఇచ్చింది.
7. కనీస మొత్తం గా 16 వేల నుంచి గరిష్టంగా 2.16 లక్షల వరకు చికిత్స ఫీజులను ప్రభుత్వం నిర్ణయించింది.
8. ప్రభుత్వ అధికారుల పర్యవేక్షణలో ఆస్పత్రుల్లో చేర్చుకోవడంతోపాటు చికిత్స చేసేలా ఆదేశాలు జారీ అయ్యాయి.

Note:

i. Eligibility to admit the suspected cases:

•  Asymptomatic with history of travel, under home quarantine - tested if they develop symptoms.
• All Symptomatic contacts of lab confirmed case
• Asymptomatic direct and high-risk contacts of confirmed cases should be tested once between day 5 and day 14 of coming in his /her contact Direct and high risk contact include those living in same household with a confirmed case and Health workers who examined a confirmed case without adequate protection as per the WHO recommendations.
• All symptomatic health care workers
• All hospitalized pts with severe acute respiratory illness (SARI) or influenza like illness (IL) or severe pneumonia.

ii. If found negative in Screening test. The Confirmative test is not required
iii. From S.No. 2 to S.No.15, the admission will be as per the confirmative positive report, hence for these procedures the screening and confirmative test should be done at the time of discharge i.e., after 14 days from the date of admission.
iv. If the sample is sent to the Govt. VRDL labs, only the PPE, handling and package charges will be paid
v. If the sample was sent to Pvt labs in other States, the Testing cost as per the guidelines of the ICMR along with the PPE, handling, package charges will be paid and the transport charges will be paid additionally up to a maximum amount of Rs. 1500/-.
