ORDER :
In the reference 1st read above, Govt., have issued Budget Release Orders for an amount of Rs.50.00 Crores for the 1st & 2nd quarters for the financial year 2015-16 out of the total amount of Rs.100.00 Crores allocated for the welfare of Kapus in B.E. 2015-16.
2. In the reference 2nd read above Govt., have issued orders establishing “The Andhra Pradesh State Kapu Welfare and Development Corporation Ltd., and to register the Corporation with the Registrar of Companies for Andhra Pradesh.
3. In the reference 3rd read above Govt., have issued orders for Nomination of Signatories to the Memorandum of Association and Directors towards incorporation of the A.P State Kapu Welfare and Development Corporation Ltd.,
4. Government after careful examination have decided to issue Guidelines for Implementation of Schemes / Programmes in A.P State Kapu Welfare and Development Corporation Ltd., which is enclosed to this order at Annexure.
5. This order issues with the concurrence of Finance Department, dated: 28.11.2015 in e-office.
