 ORDER:
 1. Whereas, an order placing Sri K. Nageswara Rao, DEO, Krishna under suspension was made in the reference read above. 
2. Now, therefore, the Government, in exercise of the powers conferred by clause (c) of sub rule (5) of rule 8 of the AP (CCA) Rules, 1991, hereby revoke the said order of suspension, with immediate effect and reinstate him into service, pending finalization of the enquiry. 
3. On reinstatement, Sri K. Nageswara Rao is posted as DEO, Chittoor, in the exiting vacancy. Posting
