All the District Educational Officers In the State are already instructed vide reference 1st cited and reminded to submit the pending Pratibha Awardee details for crediting of Awardees amount of Rs 20,000/- into their bank accounts. But the information has been not received so far in the specified format.
Further, all the DEOs in the state are Informed that,if they have to failed to submit the correct details in the prescribed format with all Xerox copy evidences with 1 page bank pass book of the each Pratibha Awardees {list appended) it Is difficult to credit the awardee amount of Rs.20000/- Into their account.
In view of the above, all the DEOs In the state are once again requested to verify and submit correct Prathibha Awardees details In {Pending details are appended) Annexure I before 20.06.2019 to the Mail Id : textbooks.cse@apschooledu.in without any further delay.
