1.2 4-11-2019 న హెడ్మాస్టర్ కు యూజర్ ఐ డీ , పాస్ వర్డ్ పంపబడుతాయి. అందరు ప్రధానోపాధ్యాయులు పిల్లల హాజర్ శాతాన్ని గణణ చేసి పెట్టుకోవాలి. హాజరును బడి రీ ఓపన్ అయిన నాటినుండి తీసుకోవాలి. పిల్లవాడు ఇటీవల కొత్తగా చేరినట్లయిన చేరిన తేదీ నుండి శాతాన్ని లెక్క గట్టాలి.
2. ప్రధానోపాధ్యాయులు విద్యార్థి తల్లి / సం రక్షకులయొక్క ఆధార్ నంబరు, నివాస గ్రామము , బ్యాంక్ అకౌంట్ నంబరు, ఐఎఫ్ సీ కోడ్ సేకరించాలి.
3.1 00 లోపు పిల్లలున్న పాఠశాలలు తమకు ఇవ్వబడిన లాగ్ ఇన్ లో ఆన్ లైన్లో వివరాల నమోదును 25-11-2019 తేదీ నాడు ఒక్కరోజులోనే పూర్తి చేయాలి
4.100 to 300 పిల్లలు ఉన్న పాఠశాలలు 25-11-2016 & 26-11-2019 తేదీలలో పూర్తి చేయాలి.
5.300 అంతకన్నా ఎక్కువ మంది పిల్లలు ఉన్న పాఠశాలలు 25-11-2019, 26-11-2019 & 27-11-2019 తేదీలలో పూర్తి చేయాలి.
4. ఫ్రధానోపాధ్యాయులు తల్లి / సం రక్షకుల వివరాలు , హాజరు వివరాలు ఎంటర్ చేయడం పూర్తి అయిన తరువాత ఆన్ లైన్ ద్వారా ఎం ఈ వో కు పంపడం జరుగును
5. ఎం ఈ వో లు ప్రధానోపాధ్యాయుల ద్వారా వచ్చిన సమాచారమును ప్రింట్ చేసి CRP , MIS, DTPs , IERT, DLMT, PRT ల ద్వారా గ్రామ సచివాలయానికి పంపవలెను.
6. పేరెంట్ కమిటీలను ఈ కార్యక్రమములో భాగస్వాములను చేయాలి.
7. ప్రధానోపాధ్యాయులు నమోదు చేయవలసినవి

10. Aadhar number
11. Ration card number
12. Village name of mother
13. Student attendance percentage
14. పిల్లలు అనాధలు అయితే వారి చేతనే వ్యక్తిగత అకౌంట్స్ ఓపన్ చేయించాలి. మిగిలిన వివరాలను ప్రొసీడింగ్ నందు క్షుణ్ణంగా చదువుకొనగలరు.
